Shipping and Delivery
Processing
Orders are prepared and sent to our supplier within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Most items: 7 to 14 business days after processing
- Larger furniture and specialty items: 15 to 30 business days after processing
Items in the same order may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only at the moment. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and your address.
Assembly
We do not offer an assembly service. Smaller items arrive ready to use. Larger furniture typically needs simple assembly, and instructions plus any tools you need are included in the box. If a product needs assembly, it says so on the product page.
Problems
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it is not there, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
