Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment goes through. You get a confirmation email as soon as yours ships.

Delivery time and cost

Delivery inside the United States generally runs 7 to 20 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100 and a flat rate below that. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and carriers, weather and customs can move them.

Your tracking number

Tracking comes in the shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves us.

If tracking is not moving

Tracking can take a few business days to go live after it is issued. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

30 day window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item needs to be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where that applies.

Return shipping and fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item. Email us with your order number first and we will send instructions and the return address.
